I work with children, teens, and adults who are seeking support, clarity, coping skills and a deeper sense of balance in their lives.
I offer practical and experiential approaches that support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and resilience.
When we feel safe, supported, and connected—to ourselves and others—we are better able to navigate life’s challenges with ease.
My aim is to create spaces where you can connect, reset, and restore, while gaining simple, sustainable tools to support your wellbeing every day.

Service Descriptions

Counselling

I offer one-to-one counselling in a safe, cosy, and confidential space where we can explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I provide a compassionate and grounded approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and organic personal growth. Together, we work to deepen self-understanding, navigate challenges, and develop practical tools that foster lasting wellbeing.

Walk and talks

I offer walk and talk sessions that combine the benefits of counselling with the restorative effects of movement and being outdoors. These sessions provide a relaxed setting where movement, and open space can support reflection, and fluid emotional processing. Walking side by side can make it easier to talk freely, helping to explore challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of perspective and calm.
I offer Reiki treatments to support deep relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. These gentle, energy-based sessions create a calm and nurturing space where the body and mind can rest, reset, and restore. Reiki can help to reduce stress, support nervous system regulation, and promote a sense of inner harmony, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and your natural capacity for healing.

Workshops & Trainings

I offer bespoke workshops and training programmes tailored to the specific needs of groups, organisations, and professionals. Each session is thoughtfully designed to be engaging, practical, and accessible, blending evidence-informed psychological approaches with experiential learning. Topics may include nervous system regulation, stress management, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable self-care. My aim is to provide participants with meaningful tools and insights they can integrate into both their personal and professional lives.
